高校校园红色文化育人初探

A Preliminary Study on the Cultivation through Red Culture in Colleges and Universities

高校校园红色文化育人是红色资源融入高校校园文化建设并达成立德树人根本目的的重要途径和有效载体。新时代,高校校园红色文化育人存在着领导重视不够;校园红色文化建设意识不强;校园红色文化育人氛围不浓;校园红色文化育人主旨缺失或偏离;红色资源开发利用率低,难以与校园文化建设整合等问题。为了更好地弘扬红色精神,传承红色基因,培养社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人,高校应高度重视校园红色文化育人;开展形式多样、主题鲜明并渗透思想政治教育的文化娱乐活动;充分挖掘、利用与校园文化融合的红色资源等,增强育人的吸引力、感染力和实效性。

Cultivation through red culture is an important way and effective carrier to integrate red resources into the construction of college campus culture and to achieve the fundamental goal of cultivating people.In the new era,there exist some problems in the cultivation through red culture,such as insufficient attention from the administration,weak awareness in red culture construction,poor context for cultivation,absent or misleading purposes,low utilization and poor development of red resources,difficulty in integration with the construction of campus culture.In order to better promote red spirits and inherit red genes and to train qualified builders and reliable successors of the socialist cause,colleges and universities should attach great importance to the cultivation through red culture,carry out cultural and recreational activities with diverse forms and distinct themes.We should fully explore and utilize the red resources integrated with campus culture to enhance the attraction,appeal and effectiveness of cultivation.
