The Value, Transformation and Application of “Red Resources in Western Fujian”

'红色'作为当代中国资政育人的一种重要资源已经越来越受到党和政府、学术界的高度重视,诸多利好政策相继颁布出台,研究成果也纷纷涌现面世,其与资源相结合所形成的'红色资源'更是成为社会高频热词。它的本质定义应是在新民主主义革命和社会主义现代化建设两个时期,中国共产党在领导全国各族人民进行革命斗争和现代化建设进程中所形成,并能为我们今天利用和开发,且具有重要价值意义的各种精神以及物质载体的总和。作为中央苏区核心区域之一的闽西地区红色资源内容丰富,形式多样,含义深远,有必要在'红色资源'已有概念基础之上针对本地区实情作更进一步的精准界定。同时,对其进行拓展和提升有赖于党史研究的深化和正确红色资源观的树立,不仅在转化和应用上需要对接新时代市场经济开发模式,而且在教育过程中应用时也需因地制宜、因人而异,切忌千篇一律、重复杂乱。

'Red',as an important resource for political consult and intellectual education in contemporary China,has been more and more highly valued by the Party,the government and the academic circles.Many favorable policies have been promulgated and research results have been emerging one after another.The'red resource'has become a high-frequency word,with its essential definition being the total of all kinds of valuable spirits and materials which is formed in the process of revolutionary struggle and modernization under the Party’s leadership between the period of new democracy and that of socialist modernization,and which can still be used and developed by us today.The red resources in Western Fujian,a core part of the Central Soviet Area,are rich in content,diverse in form and profound in meaning,so it is necessary to further define the reality of the region on the basis of the existing concept of'red resources'.At the same time,the expansion and promotion of it also depends on the deepening of Party history research and the establishment of a correct red resource concept.
