中国共产党党内政治文化发展的历史过程述论

On the Historical Process of the Development of Political Culture of the Communist Party of China

加强党内政治文化建设,既是中国共产党自身建设的重要历史经验,也是新时代推进全面从严治党、推进党的建设新的伟大工程的重要举措。作为一种特定的组织文化和政治文化,党内政治文化自中国共产党成立之日起就客观存在。在经历了意识形态前提的确立、普遍政治认同的实现和法规制度体系的完善三个重要历史阶段后,党内政治文化建设在十八大以后进入创新发展的新阶段。中国共产党以高度的文化自信和政治自觉进行文化选择与文化塑造,使党的建设新的伟大工程呈现出思想建党、制度治党、文化强党相互支持、相得益彰的良好局面。

Strengthening the political and cultural construction within the Party is not only an important historical experience of the construction of CPC itself,but also an important measure for the Party to promote the new great project of strictly administering the Party and promoting Party building in the new era.As a specific organizational and political culture,the Party’s political culture has come into existence since the founding of the Communist Party of China.After the establishment of its ideological premise,the realization of its universal political identity and the improvement of its system of laws and regulations,it entered a new stage of innovation and development after the 18 th National Congress.The Communist Party of China has carried out cultural choices and cultural shaping with a high degree of cultural self-confidence and political consciousness,so that the new great project of Party building shows a good situation in which the three aspects of building the Party with ideology,governing the Party with system and strengthening the Party with culture support each other and complement each other.
