基于条件价值法的红色旅游资源非使用价值评估——以井冈山为例

Non-use Value Assessment of Red Tourism Resources Based on Conditional Value Method——Taking Jinggangshan as an Example

科学评估红色旅游资源的非使用价值,对实现红色旅游资源的科学保护和可持续利用具有重要的理论和现实意义。以条件价值法(CVM)为依据设计问卷,并对井冈山游客进行面访调查,研究发现:2017年井冈山红色旅游资源的非使用价值估算为10.84亿元,其中遗产价值、存在价值和选择价值分别为5.86亿元、4.26亿元0.72亿元,游客的年龄、月收入、婚姻状况、政治面貌、旅游满意度和对革命精神的认知程度与支付意愿、支付意愿值显著相关。研究结果说明,当今社会人们十分重视对红色旅游资源的保护与利用,同时也从经济学的角度反映出红色旅游资源蕴藏着巨大的'看不见'的潜在价值,未来带给人们的福祉可能远远超过当前直接或间接开发利用带来的现实收益。

A scientific assessment of the non-use value of red tourism resources has important theoretical and practical significance for the scientific protection and sustainable use of red tourism resources.A conditional value method(CVM)based questionnaire for tourists to Jinggangshan finds that the non-use value of the red tourism resources in Jinggangshan in 2017 is estimated to be 1.084 billion yuan,of which the value of the heritage,the value of existence and the value of choice are respectively 586 million yuan,426 million yuan and 72 million yuan.Tourists’age,monthly income,marital status,political appearance,tourism satisfaction and their recognition of the revolutionary spirit are significantly related to their willingness to pay.The research result shows that people in today’s society attach great importance to the protection and utilization of red tourism resources.It also reflects that the red tourism resources contain huge'invisible'value,much more than what direct and indirect development can bring now.
