摘要
棉花的芽包括顶芽(叶芽)、腋芽、花芽(亦称三芽)。它们的分化存在着一定的规律性。了解和掌握这些规律,无疑对生产实践具有很大的指导意义。但就目前而言,人们对棉花芽分化的研究,还不象对水稻、小麦、玉米等作物芽有关芽分化的始末研究得那样深入,如小麦的分蘖规律,幼穗分化规律已用于指导农业生产。据我们所知,目前对棉花顶芽分化研究的报导较少,对腋芽的类型的看法,尚有争议,而对花芽分化若干时期的划分,则更为少见,为此我们对棉花三芽的分化进行了探索性的研究观察,其结果初报如下:
There are indeed rules in differentiation of bud of cotton.It is v-ery profitable on production practice that known the differentiation rule.There by we researched and the result epitomized as follow:1、 The result of which we obsereved hold out standpoint that axi llary bud differentiation propossed by American Manney and Chinese Hu yi-duan and et al.2、 There are indeed prophylls in axillary bud of cotton.It's shape similar with stipule and size less than stipule.All process of differentiation and development of prophylls similar with stipule appear in differentiation period of leaf and fnndamential stopped in the end of developmention of the true leave.3、 There are rules in the terminal bud d ifferentiation. There are Correlation between leaf age and inside number of leave differentiation. In seedling period the correlation as. D= L+ 4 ( abbreviation D: differentiating leaf number L: leaf age).4、 Correlation of between all number of host stem leave and primary axillary as: H = A- 3 ( abbreviation H: Host stem leave. A: primary axillary ) .
