心脑脉络复元汤对异丙肾上腺素诱导大鼠急性心肌缺血影响的血清学研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨心脑脉络复元汤对异丙肾上腺素诱导大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用。方法 Wistar大鼠随机分为生理盐水对照组、异丙肾上腺素缺血模型对照组、复方丹参片干预对照组和心脑脉络复元汤干预治疗组。于大鼠皮下注射异丙肾上腺素(40mg/kg),诱导大鼠急性心肌缺血,制备心肌损伤模型。检测各组大鼠血清中肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、内皮素-1(ET-1)及超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的含量。结果心脑脉络复元汤组大鼠血清中CK-MB、cTnI、MDA、ET-1、hs-CRP含量明显低于模型组(P<0.01),SOD含量明显高于模型组(P<0.01);心脑脉络复元汤组大鼠血清中CK-MB、cTnI、MDA、ET-1、hs-CRP含量明显低于复方丹参片组(P<0.05或P<0.01),SOD含量明显高于复方丹参片组(P<0.01)。结论心脑脉络复元汤对大剂量异丙肾上腺素引起的大鼠急性缺血性心肌损伤有很好的保护作用。 Objective Investigate the protective effect of Xinnaomailuofuyuan decoction on rat myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol. Method 40 healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into physiological saline control group,isoproterenol ischemic group( model group),Fufangdanshen tablet control group and Xinnaomailuofuyuan decoction group. Myocardial injury was induced in 40 rats by subcutaneous injection of isoproterenol(40mg / kg). The content of CK-MB、cTnI、SOD、MDA、ET-1 and hs-CRP in serum of rats in each group was tested. Result The content of CK-MB、cTnI、MDA、ET-1 and hs-CRP in serum of rats in Xinnaomailuofuyuan decoction group were significantly lower than those in the model group( P < 0. 01) and the content of SOD was significantly higher than that in the model group( P < 0. 01). The content of CK-MB、cTnI、MDA、ET-1 and hs-CRP in serum of rats in Xinnaomailuofuyuan decoction group were significantly lower than those in Fufangdanshen tablet group( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01) and the content of SOD was significantly higher than that in Fufangdanshen tablet group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Xinnaomailuofuyuan decoction could protect well myocardium from the injury induced by isoproterenol overdosage.
