中西医结合疗法对气虚血瘀型冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者心脏超声EF值及NT-proBNP水平的影响

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Cardiac Ultrasound EF Values and NT-proBNP Levels in Patients with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated by Chronic Heart Failure

目的研究中西医结合疗法对气虚血瘀型冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者心脏超声EF值及NT-proBNP水平的影响。方法选择甘肃省陇南市徽县中医医院2012年7月-2013年7月收治的100例冠心病合并心力衰竭患者进行观察。随机分为两组。对照组实施常规西医治疗;治疗组实施IT&WM。比较两组中医证候评分,心脏超声EF值,NT-proBNP以及疗效情况。结果治疗组在治疗后中医证候评分为(14.1±3.6)分,NT-proBNP为(905.5±301.6)g/mL,较对照组在治疗后的(18.9±6.2)分、(1 256.5±300.6)g/mL明显更低(P<0.05)。治疗组在治疗后心超EF为(65.1±10.4)%,较对照组在治疗后的(60.2±10.5)%,明显升高(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率是94.00%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗CHD合并CHF患者,疗效显著,能有效降低中医证候评分以及NT-proBNP,增加心脏超声EF值。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine( IT&WM) on Cardiac ultrasound(CU) EF values and NT-proBNP levels in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type of coronary heart disease(CHD)complicated by chronic heart failure( CHF). Method One hundred cases of CHD complicated by CHF patients enrolled in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2013 were randomized into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and IT&WM was applied to the treatment group. The TCM syndrome scores,Cardiac ultrasound EF,NT-proBNP and therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results The TCM syndrome scores and NT-proBNP level in the treatment group after treatment were(14. 1 ± 3. 6) and(905. 5 ± 301. 6)g / mL,which were significantly lower than(18. 9 ± 6. 2),(1 256. 5 ± 300. 6) g / mL in the control group after treatment. The Cardiac ultrasound EF in the treatment group after treatment was(65. 1 ± 10. 4) %,which was significantly higher than(60. 2 ± 10. 5) % in the control group after treatment. The total effective rate in the treatment group was 94. 00%,which was significantly higher than control group. The difference showed statistically significance( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion IT&WM has an obvious therapeutic effect in the treatment of CHD complicated by CHF. It can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome score,NT-proBNP level and hs-CRP increase the Cardiac ultrasound EF. It is worthy of clinical application.
