摘要 目的优选归芪补肾颗粒的最佳水提工艺。方法以干浸膏得率和阿魏酸含量为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验方法优选归芪补肾颗粒水提工艺。结果最佳水提工艺为A3B2C2,即用10量的水提取2次,每次2h。结论该工艺简便、快捷、稳定,可为生产提供理论依据。 Objective To optimize the water extracting technology of Guiqibushen Granule. Methods The extracting technology of Guiqibushen Granule was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the yield of dry extractum and ferulic acid content as index. Results The optimum extracting condition was A3B2C2,i. e. adding 10 times water and extracting 2h for 2 times. Conclusion The extracting technology for Guiqibushen Granule is simple and rapid with stable result,can provide theoretical basis for the production of Guiqibushen Granules.
