降脂逐瘀汤联合辛伐他汀治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块临床观察

Clinical Observation of Jiangzhizhuyu Decoction Combined with Simvastatin on Carotid Atherosclerosis Plaque

目的观察降脂逐瘀汤联合辛伐他汀治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法选择60例颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组使用降脂逐瘀汤联合辛伐他汀治疗,对照组使用辛伐他汀治疗,1个月后检测两组治疗前后效果。结果治疗组总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论降脂逐瘀汤具有降脂,稳定及消退斑块的作用。

Objective Clinical observation on treatment of carotid atherosclerosis plaque with Jiangzhizhuyu decoction combined with Simvastatin. Methods 60 patients of carotid atherosclerotic plaque were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. Treatment group take Jiangzhizhuyu decoction combined with Simvastatin for 1 month,and the control group take simvastatin for 1 month; testing the two groups before and after treatment. Results The curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than control group. Conclusion Jiangzhizhuyu decoction can stabilize and resolve plaque.
