开返魂锁辅助治疗社区神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察及应用推广

Application and Popularization with Opening the Soul Return Lock in Treating Cervical Spondylosis of Nerve Root Type in the Community

目的探讨返魂锁开锁治疗神经根型颈椎病在社区中推广的可行性。方法在社区医疗机构选取72例神经根型颈椎病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者均给予常规颈椎牵引治疗,治疗组同时辅以返魂锁开锁治疗,整个治疗过程由经过培训的社区医护人员完成,3个疗程后对两组患者的症状恢复情况进行评定比较。结果两组患者症状均有改善,且治疗组的改善效果显著优于对照组。结论对神经根型颈椎病患者实施返魂锁开锁治疗效果可靠,且易于社区卫生服务机构推广应用。

Objective To explore the feasibility of extension of opening the soul return lock in treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root type in the community. Method 72 cases of community patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were divided into control group and treatment group. Both of two groups were given the treatment of traction in cervical vertebra. The patients of treatment group were given the treatment of opening the soul return lock in the same time. The entire process of treatment was done by the community health workers. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after three courses for the two groups of patients. Results The symptoms were improved in both of two groups of patients after the treatment,and the therapeutic effects improved more in the treatment group. Conclusion The therapeutic effects of opening the soul return lock in treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root type is reliable,and this therapeutic method is easy to extend and apply in the community.
