局部围刺配合四妙勇安汤加减治疗带状疱疹临床观察

Clinical Observation of Sround Acupuncture and Simiaoyon'an Dedoction on Herpes Zoster

目的总结应用局部围刺配合四妙勇安汤治疗带状疱疹的临证经验。方法将85例病员按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组50例和对照组35例,治疗组采用局部围刺配合四妙勇安汤治疗;对照组采用口服阿昔洛韦片、甲钴胺片及阿昔洛韦软膏外用。比较两组病员治疗前后临床疗效和疼痛疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率为88.00%,总有效率为100%;对照组痊愈率为62.86%,总有效率为82.86%。两者有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论针药结合治疗带状疱疹疗效优于对照组,具有较好的临床实用性。

Objective To observed the effect of the treatment of Herpes zoster with Sround Acupuncture and Simiaoyon'an dedoction. Methods 85 cases of herpes zoster patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group were treated with Sround Acupuncture and Simiaoyon'an dedoction,the control group only used Acyclovir,a cobalt amine pills and acyclovir ointment Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 88. 00%,the total effective rate was 100%; the cure rate of the control group was 62. 86%,the total effective rate was 82. 86%. There was statistically difference( P < 0. 05). Conclucion Treatment of Herpes zoster with Sround Acupuncture and Simiaoyon'an dedoction has good clinical practical.
