丹参多酚酸盐联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Salvianolate Combined with Trimetazidine in Treatment of Unstable Angina

目的探讨丹参多酚酸盐联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法将96例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各48例。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组给予曲美他嗪20mg口服,每日3次;治疗组在对照组基础上加用丹参多酚酸盐200mg静脉滴注,每日1次。结果治疗组总有效率为93.7%,对照组83.3%;治疗组心电图总有效率为85.4%,对照组77.1%,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后c反应蛋白(hsCRP)均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛与单用曲美他嗪相比,可明显改善症状,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of salvianolate combined with trimetazidine in treatment of unstable angina. Methods96 cases of unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,48 cases in each group. Both groups was treated with conventional therapy,control group was given trimetazidine orally,3 times a day; treatment group were given 200 mg salvianolate intravenous infusion based on the control group,1 times a day. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93. 7% while the control group was 83. 3%; the total effective rate of electrocardiogram in treatment group was 85. 4% while the control group was 77. 1%,the difference were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After the treatment,the hs-CRP indexs improved significantly than before( P < 0. 05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Salvianolate combined with trimetazidine in treatment of unstable angina compared with only using trimetazidine can significantly improve symptoms,is worth of clinical application.
