头孢曲松钠联合痰热清治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Ceftriaxone Combined with Tanreqing in Treatment of Bronchial Pneumonia with Children

目的观察头孢曲松钠联合痰热清治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效。方法 48例小儿支气管肺炎患者,随机分为两组,每组24例,对照组采用头孢曲松钠进行治疗。治疗组在此基础上联合痰热清进行治疗。比较两组有效性和安全性情况、临床症状和体征消失的时间、患儿住院天数以及治疗前后各组儿童的中性粒细胞水平。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组临床症状、体征恢复的时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组平均住院天数显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清中性粒细胞水平显著低于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05)。结论头孢曲松钠联合痰热清治疗小儿支气管肺炎效果显著,安全性高,起效时间快,值得临床推荐使用。

Objective To study the efficacy of ceftriaxone combined with Tanreqing in treatment of bronchial pneumonia with children.Methods 48 children with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group with ceftriaxone for treatment,treatment group plus Tanreqing based on the control group,compared the efficacy and safety,clinical signs and symptoms disappear time and hospital days of two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was better than control group( P < 0. 05); clinical symptoms,signs of recovery time in treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group( P < 0. 05); the average hospital stay of treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group( P < 0. 05); neutrophile granulocyte levels of treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group and before treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Ceftriaxone combined with Tanreqing in treatment of bronchial pneumonia with children have significantly effect,fast onset time,worthy of clinical recommended.
