冠心舒治疗冠心病心绞痛及对血管内皮功能影响的研究

Effect of Guanxinshu on Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris and Endothelial Function

目的观察冠心舒治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及对血管内皮功能的影响。方法将204例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各102例,治疗组在常规西药治疗的基础上服用冠心舒中药煎剂,对照组口服辛伐他汀片、拜阿斯匹林片、单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片,4周后观察两组患者临床症状、血脂、肱动脉血管内皮功能、血管活性物质等变化。结果治疗后两组临床疗效、肱动脉血管内皮功能、血管活性物质均有改善,但治疗组改善更为明显;两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C均有降低,但治疗组降低更为显著。结论冠心舒治疗冠心病心绞痛有显著疗效,并对其血管内皮功能有明显的改善作用。

Objective Investigate the clinical efficacy of bolted comfortable treatment of coronary heart disease( CHD) and the influence on vascular endothelial function. Methods 204 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group( n = 102). On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment group taking bolted shu decoction of Chinese medicine;The control group given simvastatin,aspirin,isosorbide mononitrate; Observe 4 weeks after two groups of patients' clinical symptoms,blood lipids,brachial artery endothelial function,such as vascular active substance changes. Results In the two groups after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms,brachial artery endothelial function,blood vessels,active substances are improved,but the treatment group improved more obviously; Two groups of patients with TC,TG,LDL-C were decreased,but the treatment group decreased significantly. Conclusion Guanxin shu treatment of coronary heart disease angina has significant curative effect,and the vascular endothelial function is improved.
