大青龙汤方中桂枝-生姜药对的超临界CO_2萃取物的血清药化学研究 被引量:2

Preliminary Study on Serum Pharmacochemistry of Ramulus Cinnamomi-Zingiber Supercritical Fluid CO_2 Extracts in Daqinglong Decotion

摘要 目的通过大青龙汤抗流感病毒有效部位桂枝-生姜药对的超临界CO2萃取物的血清药物化学研究,进一步诠释其药效物质基础。方法将大青龙汤抗流感病毒有效部位桂枝-生姜药对的超临界CO2萃取物灌胃给药大鼠,采用GC/MS技术分析方法测定其含药血清的总离子流图,并与大青龙汤桂枝-生姜药对的超临界CO2萃取物和空白血清的总离子流图比对分析,探讨大青龙汤抗流感病毒有效部位桂枝-生姜药对的超临界CO2萃取物的入血成分。结果大青龙汤抗流感病毒有效部位桂枝-生姜药对的超临界CO2萃取物中的桂皮醛经体内氧化为桂皮酸入血。结论通过对大青龙汤抗流感病毒有效部位桂枝-生姜药对的超临界CO2萃取物入血成分与其大青龙汤抗流感病毒有效部位桂枝-生姜药对的超临界CO2萃取物比对分析,得知超临界CO2萃取物中的主要成分桂皮醛经体内氧化为桂皮酸入血进而在体内发挥药效作用,从而进一步阐释了该经典方剂抗病毒的药效物质基础。 Objective To study the serum pharmacochemistry of the antiinfluenza virus part in Daqinglong Decotion-Ramulus Cinnamomi-Zingiber supercritical fluid CO2 extracts,illustrating the efficacy of pharmacodynamics material basis of DaqingLong Decotion. Methods Rats were administered with Ramulus Cinnamomi-Zingiber supercritical fluid CO2 extracts by oral gavage,the serum containg drug total ion chromatogram was analyzed by GC /MS,contrasted with blank control,demonstrating the blood components of Ramulus Cinnamomi-Zingiber supercritical fluid CO2 extracts. Results Cinnamic aldedyde in the extracts was oxydated into cinnamic acid in vivo,then abosorbed into blood. Conclusion By contrasting the Ramulus Cinnamomi-Zingiber supercritical fluid CO2 extracts blood components with Ramulus Cinnamomi-Zingiber supercritical fluid CO2 extracts,we demonstrated that the main component of Ramulus Cinnamomi-Zingiber supercritical fluid CO2extracts-Cinnamic aldedyde was oxydated into cinnamic acid in vivo,then abosorbed into blood to work,which interpreting the the efficacy of pharmacodynamics material basis of Daqinglong Decotion.
