中医针灸综合疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation of TCM and Acupuncture Therapy on Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的观察中医针灸治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床效果。方法将114例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组57例。治疗组于夹脊穴施针,辅之以电针、中草药并注射复方当归注射液。对照组采用常规西医方法治疗。观察治疗前后两组身体体征数据和实验室指标,比较两种治疗方法的疗效。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组身体体征和实验室指标与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸综合疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎相较于单纯西医疗法效果更优,经济适用性良好,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and Chinese medicine in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods 114 cases of ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,57 cases in each group. Treatment group used Jiaji acupuncture needle,supplemented by electroacupuncture,herbal medicine and Compound Angelica injection,control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment,the physical signs and laboratory indicators of different data in treatment group and the control group before and after the treatment were censused,and the effect of two kinds of treatment methods were compared. Results After the treatment,the effect of treatment group was better thab control group( P < 0. 05),the physical signs and laboratory indicators in treatment group compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion TCM comprehensive therapy on ankylosing spondylitis has better effect than western medicine therapy,and good economic application,is worthy of clinical reference.
