早期先兆流产合并亚临床型甲状腺功能减退的中西医研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Early Threatened Abortion with Subclinical Hypothyroidism

甲状腺素是维持机体正常生长、发育不可缺少的激素,妊娠期间发生甲状腺功能减退症(简称甲减)就会对母体和胎儿造成不同程度的危害,引发流产、早产、死胎、低体重儿、先天性发育异常及神经智力发育障碍等。亚临床甲减(SCH)是妊娠期最常见的一种甲状腺功能异常,是早期先兆流产发生的主要原因之一。本文就近几年来中、西医对早期先兆流产合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退的发病机制、诊断、治疗等研究进展作一综述。

Thyroxine is indispensable hormone to maintain the body's normal growth and development,hypothyroidism occurred during pregnancy would cause miscarriage,premature birth,stillbirth,low birth weight,congenital dysplasia and neural developmental disorders,etc. Subclinical hypothyroidism is one of the most common thyroid dysfunction during pregnancy and one of the main reasons for the early threatened abortion. This paper reviewed the pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and research progress of western medicine and Chinese medicine for early threatened abortion with subclinical hypothyroidism in recent years.
