摘要
痔术后可出现多种并发症,其中尿潴留是最常见的并发症之一。目前痔术后尿潴留的治疗方法很多,可以通过诱导、药物、热敷等多种途径缓解症状。但是诱导排尿效果不理想,药物治疗具有一定的副反应。而导尿法虽疗效确切,但易发生泌尿道感染。本文对痔术后尿潴留的研究进展作一综述。
Postoperative urinary retention( PUR) is one of the most common complications of hemorrhoids procedure. There are many treatments of PUR,such as induction,pharmacological therapy,fomentation,etc. Nevertheless,the efficiency of the induction is not ideal while the side effects of drugs and urinary tract infection caused by urinary catheterization could also be the limitations of those treatments.This passage is about the research progress on PUR of the hemorrhoids procedure.
