摘要
目的观察竹叶对哺乳期小鼠血清性激素及胰岛素水平的影响。方法 60只雌性昆明小鼠和20只同品系雄性小鼠按雌雄2:1比例合笼,雌性小鼠受孕产后随机分为5组:空白组、竹叶组(低、中、高)剂量组、阳性对照组(戊酸雌二醇组),所有小鼠在产后连续灌胃7d后通过摘除眼球采血,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)水平。结果与空白组对比,竹叶中高剂量组E2、FINS值均明显升高,PRL、GnRH、FSH值显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与阳性对照戊酸雌二醇组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论竹叶能够抑制哺乳期小鼠的泌乳状态,降低血清泌乳素、促卵泡激素、促性腺激素释放激素水平,升高血清雌激素水平及胰岛素水平最终达到回乳的效果。
Objective To observe the effects of bamboo leaves on serum sex hormones and insulin levels in mouse during lactation period. Methods 60 female Kunming mice were caged with 20 male mice of the same strain in a ratio of 2: 1,the female after pregnant and birth were randomly divided into 5 groups: blank group, western medicine group, low-dose, middledose and high-dose bamboo leave decoction groups. After postpartum continuous gavage for 7 d, the blood was collected through the eyeball extraction, the levels of PRL,E2,FINS, GnRH, FSH,LH were measured by ELISA. Results Compared with blank group,E2, FINS were significantly increased, PRL,GnRH,FSH were significantly decreased in middle-dose and high-dose groups(P<0.05). Compared with positive control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Bamboo leaves can inhibit lactation in lactating mice, reduce serum prolactin,follicle stimulating hormone and gonadotropin releasing hormone levels, and increase serum estrogen levels and insulin levels to achieve the effect of delactation.
