中药按摩配合颈痛颗粒内服治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

Clinical Observation on TCM Massage Combined with Jingtong Granule in Treatment of Nerve Root Type of Cervical Spondylosis

目的观察采用白脉软膏按摩项背部配合颈痛颗粒内服治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效。方法将150例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组77例和对照组73例,观察组采用白脉软膏按摩项背部加颈痛颗粒内服治疗,对照组采用颈痛颗粒内服治疗,治疗前后分别对患者进行疗效评定、颈部疼痛VAS评分及颈椎功能评分比较。结果治疗组的总有效率为96.1%,对照组总有效率为78.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的颈部疼痛VAS评分低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的颈椎功能评定积分高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白脉软膏按摩项背部配合颈痛颗粒内服治疗神经根型颈椎病有明显的疗效,并且对患者颈部疼痛VAS评分和颈椎功能有明显改善。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of massage with Baimai ointment massage and oral Jingtong granule in treat of nerve-root type of cervical spondylosis. Methods 150 cases of patients with nerve-root type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into observation group(77 cases) and control group(73 cases),observation group received massage with Baimai ointment on the nape muscle and oral Jingtong granule,control group received Jingtong granule only.Before and after treatment, the curative effect, VAS score of neck pain and cervical function score of the two groups were evaluated respectively. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.1%, higher than 78.1% of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The VAS score of observation group after treatment was lower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The evaluation score of cervical vertebral function after treatment was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion Massage with Baimai ointment on nape muscle combined with oral Jingtong granule is effective in treatment of nerve-root type of cervical spondylosis, and has obvious improvement to the patient’s VAS score of neck pain and cervical vertebra function.
