腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗中的中医康复治疗临床效果评价

Clinical Evaluation of TCM Rehabilitation Therapy in Conservative Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的观察中医康复在腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗中的疗效。方法按随机原则将160例符合纳入标准的腰椎间盘突出症患者分为观察组(80例)与对照组(80例)。对照组给予脱水、扩管、腰椎牵引治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上应用中医康复治疗。分别对比两组患者治疗前后各症状的改善情况、治疗前后JOA的评分情况。结果通过2个疗程的治疗,观察组的治愈率和总有效率(83.75%、96.25%)明显高于对照组(48.75%、73.75%),观察组无效率3.75%明显低于对照组的26.25%(P<0.05);观察组腰腿痛VSA评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组JOA评分优于对照组(P<0.05);结论中医康复治疗在腰椎间盘突出症的治疗中疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) rehabilitation in treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods 160 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into observation group(80 cases) and control group(80 cases). Control group was treated with dehydration, dilatation and lumbar traction, while observation group was treated with rehabilitation therapy of TCM on the basis of control group. The improvement of symptoms and JOA scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After two courses of treatment, the cure rate and total effective rate(83.75%, 96.25%) of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(48.75%, 73.75%). The inefficiency rate of observation group was 3.75%, significantly lower than that of control group(26.25%,P<0.05);the VSA score of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05);the JOA score of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion TCM rehabilitation therapy is scientific and effective in treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Its curative effect is definite and prominent, and it is worth popularizing.
