摘要
功能性胃肠病是常见的消化系统疾病,针刺治疗功能性胃肠病安全、疗效确切。近年来脑功能成像技术如PET、fMRI为研究针刺治疗功能性胃肠病的中枢机制提供了客观、可视化的研究手段。大量研究显示,胃肠调控功能相关脑区及认知、情绪相关脑区是针刺治疗功能性胃肠病的主要响应脑区,为阐释针刺调节脑-肠互动治疗功能性胃肠病提供了有力证据。本文就近年来针刺治疗功能性胃肠病的脑响应相关研究作一综述。
Functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGIDs) are common digestive diseases. Acupuncture have been proven to be safe and effective in alleviating symptoms of FGIDs. In recent years, brain imaging technologies, such as functional magnetic resonance imaging and positron emission tomography, have been frequently used to assess brain responses to acupuncture in the treatment of FGIDs in a dynamic, visual,and objective way. A number of studies showed that brain areas related to regulating gastrointestinal activity, cognition and emotion were the dominant brain response areas to acupuncture, which provided compelling evidence for using acupuncture to regulate brain-gut interaction to treat FGIDs. This review summarizes the existing brain imaging evidence that explains the effects of acupuncture for FGIDs.
