血府逐瘀汤源于清代王清任的《医林改错》,是其逐瘀汤系列中应用最为广泛的一个,具有活血化瘀、行气止痛之功效。近年来该方在临床中应用颇为广泛,本文概述该方近三年来在心系疾病的应用及相关药理研究进展,为该方的深入研究提供借鉴。

Originated from Wang Qingren’s Medical Forest Correcting Mistakes in Qing Dynasty, Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is one of the most widely used one of Zhuyu decoction series. Because of the effect of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, promoting qi and relieving pain,the prescription has been widely used in clinic in recent years. The auther summarized the application of the prescription in cardiac diseases and related pharmacological research progress in recent three years, and provided a reference for the further study of the prescription.
