当归六黄汤对阴虚火旺型甲状腺功能亢进患者胎球蛋白A及胰岛素抵抗的影响

Effect of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction on Plasma Fetuin-A Level and Insulin Resistance in Patients with Yin Deficiency and Fire-type Hyperthyroidism

目的观察当归六黄汤对阴虚火旺型甲状腺功能亢进患者胎球蛋白A、胰岛素抵抗及临床疗效的影响。方法 60例阴虚火旺型甲亢患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,对照组给予甲巯咪唑治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予当归六黄汤治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后胎球蛋白A、胰岛素抵抗水平的变化及临床疗效。结果两组患者胎球蛋白A、胰岛素抵抗水平较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论当归六黄汤可有效改善甲状腺功能亢进患者胎球蛋白A、胰岛素抵抗水平,临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effects of Danggui Liuhuang decoction on plasma fetuin-A level and insulin resistance in patients with yin deficiency firetype of hyperthyroidism.Methods 60 cases of patients with yin deficiency fire-type of hyperthyroidism were randomly divided treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with methimazole,treatment group was treated with Danggui Liuhuang decoction on the basis of control group.The changes of fetuin-A and insulin resistance and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The levels of fetuin-A and insulin resistance were lower in both groups than those before treatment(P<0.05),and treatment group were significantly lower than that of control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Danggui Liuhuang decoction can effectively improve the level of fetuin-A and insulin resistance in patients with hyperthyroidism and the clinical curative effect is remarkable.
