黄连解毒汤辅助治疗牙周炎及对患牙龈沟液炎性因子的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on Periodontitis and Inflammatory Factors in Gingival Crevicular Fluid

目的观察黄连解毒汤辅助治疗牙周炎的临床疗效及对患者牙龈沟液炎性因子IL-23、IL-17水平的影响。方法 84例牙周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例,对照组给予牙周基础治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予黄连解毒汤治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI),患者牙龈沟液中IL-23、IL-17水平及综合临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组GI、PLI、PD、SBI均有改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者牙龈沟液IL-23、IL-17均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄连解毒汤辅助治疗可有效改善牙周组织情况,降低牙龈沟液中炎性因子IL-23、IL-17水平。

Objective To observe clinical effect of adjuvant therapy with Huanglian Jiedu decoction in treatment of paradentitis and its effect on IL-23,IL-17 in gingival crevicular fluid.Methods 84 cases of patients with periodontitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,42 cases in each group.Control group received routine treatment of periodontal,test group received Huanglian Jiedu decoction on the basis of control group.Gingival index(GI),Plaque index(PLI),depth of diagnosis(PD),bleeding index(SBI),gingival crevicular fluid IL-23,IL-17 levels and clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the scores of GI,PLI,PD,SBI in treatment group were significantly superior to those in control group(P<0.05),IL-23,IL-17 in gingival crevicular fluid were significantly lower in both groups than those before treatment,and treatment group was significantly superior to those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huanglian Jiedu decoction is effective in improving periodontal condition and reducing the levels of inflammatory cytokines IL-23 and IL-17.
