针刺治疗妇科腹腔镜术后腹胀的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture in Treatment of Gynecologic Laparoscopic Surgery

目的观察针刺治疗妇科腹腔镜术后腹胀的疗效,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取我院收治的70例妇科腹腔镜术后患者,随机分为针刺组和对照组各35例,针刺组实施针刺疗法,每日1次,连续3d,对照组术后常规护理干预,比较两组术后疗效、首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、术后胃肠功能评分及术后72h腹胀评分。结果针刺组总有效率94.28%,对照组总有效率77.14%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针刺组术后首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);针刺组胃肠功能评分、术后72h腹胀评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺可快速有效改善患者妇科腹腔镜术后腹胀症状,促进胃肠功能早期恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture on bloating after gynecologic laparoscopic surgery and provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods 70 cases of patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into acupuncture group and control group,35 cases in each group.Acupuncture group received acupuncture group once a day for 3 consecutive days,while control group received routine nursing intervention after operation.The postoperative efficacy,first exhaust time,recovery time of bowel sounds,postoperative gastrointestinal function score and 72h postoperative abdominal distension score were test and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of acupuncture group was 94.28%and that of control group was 77.14%with statistically significant(P<0.05).The first exhaust time and recovery time of bowel sound in acupuncture group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the gastrointestinal function score and the abdominal distension score in acupuncture group at 72h after operation were significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture can improve the symptoms of bloating after gynecological laparoscopic surgery quickly and effectively,which promotes the early recovery of gastrointestinal function.
