基于数据挖掘陈如泉治疗甲状腺相关性眼病的用药规律研究 被引量:5

Research on the Prescription Regularity of Professor Chen Ruquan in Treatment of Thyroid-related Ophthalmology based on Data Mining

摘要 目的研究陈如泉教授治疗甲状腺相关性眼病的用药规律。方法以陈如泉教授在湖北省中医院甲状腺专科门诊出诊处方为主要来源进行筛选,采用关联规则Apriori算法、复杂算法熵聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析总结各药物直接的相互关系及各药物的使用频次。结果共筛选处方1062首,药物使用频次在100以上的共有26味,其中前三位的药物分别是泽泻、浙贝母、水蛭;药物组合出现的前三位分别是"浙贝母,泽泻"、"浙贝母,水蛭"、"水蛭,泽泻";基于改进的互信息法的药物间关联度最高的是旱莲草、生石决;基于复杂系统熵聚类的第一位药物核心组合为全蝎、水蛭、泽泻;基于熵层次聚类的新处方第一位为全蝎、水蛭、泽泻、浙贝母、蝉蜕。结论陈如泉教授喜用水蛭、泽泻、浙贝母等药物治疗甲状腺相关性眼病以利水消肿、化痰散结、活血化瘀、清肝明目,同时兼补肝肾之阴。 Objective To study the prescription regularity of Professor Chen Ruquan in treatment of thyroid-related ophthalmopathy.Methods Professor Chen Ruquan’s prescriptions in Thyroid Specialist Outpatient Clinic were selected as the main source,data mining methods,such as association rule Apriori algorithm and complex algorithm entropy clustering were used to analyze and summarize the direct relationship between drugs and the frequency of drug use.Results A total of 1062 prescriptions were screened,26 ingredients of drugs were used more than 100 times,of which the first three were Alisma,Zhejiang Fritillaria and leeches,the first three of drug combination was Zhejiang Fritillaria-Alisma,Zhejiang Fritillaria-leech,leech-Alisma;based on the improved mutual information method,the highest degree of drug association was Herba Eclipta and Lithophyte;the first drug core combination based on the entropy clustering of complex systems was scorpion,leech,Alisma;the first new prescription based on entropy hierarchical clustering was scorpion,leech,Alisma,Zhejiang Fritillaria and cicada slough.Conclusion Professor Chen Ruquan has rich experience in treatment of thyroid-related ophthalmopathy.He likes to use leech,Alisma,Zhejiang Fritillaria and other medicines to diffuse edema,resolve phlegm,activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis,cleare liver and eyes,and tonify yin of liver and kidney.
