非酒精性脂肪肝病的发病机制及治疗研究进展

Advances in Pathogenesis and Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)是一种可发展为肝硬化甚至肝癌的慢性肝病,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势。NAFLD的发病机制不明,目前接受度最高的是"二次打击"学说。NAFLD的治疗主要有非药物治疗、药物治疗和手术治疗三种手段。改变生活方式是NAFLD治疗的基石,但很难实现并维持。药物治疗虽然发展迅速,却无特异性好的药物。研究NAFLD的发病机制及有效的治疗方法对肝部疾病的预防和治疗具有重要意义,本文综述了NAFLD的流行病学、发病机制和治疗进展。

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a chronic liver disease that can develop into cirrhosis and even hepatocellular carcinoma,and its incidence is increasing year by year.The pathogenesis of NAFLD is unknown,and the highest acceptance is currently the doctrine of'two strikes'.The treatment of NAFLD is mainly non-drug treatment,drug treatment and surgical treatment of three means.Lifestyle change is the cornerstone of NAFLD treatment,but it is difficult to achieve and maintain.Drug therapy develops rapidly,but there is no specific drug.It is of great significance to study the pathogenesis of NAFLD and its effective treatment for the prevention and treatment of liver diseases,and the epidemiology,pathogenesis and treatment progress of NAFLD are reviewed in this paper.
