醒脑开窍针法联合脑电仿生电刺激对持续性植物状态患者血清中IL-6和TNF-α的影响 被引量:11

Effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture Combined with Electroencephalograph Bionic Electrical Stimulation on Serum IL-6 and TNF-α

摘要 目的观察醒脑开窍针法联合脑电仿生电刺激对持续性植物状态(PVS)患者的促醒作用及其对血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法选取90例符合PVS诊断标准的患者,分层后采用随数字法分为3组:针刺组、仿生电组和联合组。3组均接受常规治疗后,针刺组接受醒脑开窍针法,仿生电组接受脑电仿生电刺激,联合组接受脑电仿生电刺激加醒脑开窍针刺法治疗,疗程为1个月。3组分别于治疗前及治疗结束后1天采用CRS-R量表评分,并观察对比3组患者血清中TNF-α及IL-6水平的变化。结果联合组治疗后的CRS-R评分明显高于其他两组,联合组对PVS患者的促醒作用优于针刺组和仿生电组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过治疗后,3组IL-6、TNF-α水平均有所下降,且联合组下降明显低于其他两组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑开窍针法联合脑电仿生电刺激治疗对PVS患者的促醒作用明显优于单一治疗,而且可明显减轻炎症反应,降低血清中IL-6及TNF-α的水平。 Objective To investigate the awakening effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with electroencephalographic(EEG)biomimetic stimulation on patients with persistent vegetative state(PVS)and its effect on serum tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6).Methods Ninety cases of patients with PVS were randomly divided into acupuncture group,biomimetic group and combined group.The CRS-R scale was scored before treatment and 1 d after treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 were compared between the three groups.Results The CRS-R score of combined group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups.Combined group had better awakening effect than acupuncture group and bionic electric group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the three groups decreased,and the decrease in combined group was significantly lower than the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The awakening effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with EEG bioelectric stimulation on patients with persistent vegetative state is significantly better than single treatment,and can significantly reduce the inflammatory response and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin serum.
