知柏地黄汤配合低频电针治疗围绝经期综合征的临床研究

Clinical Observation on Zhibai Dihuang Decoction Combined with Low-frequency Eectro-acupuncture in Treatment of Perimenopausal Syndrome

目的观察知柏地黄汤配合低频电针在围绝经期综合征中的治疗效果。方法选择我院收治的120例围绝经期综合征患者,按照治疗方法的不同分成观察组与对照组,对照组应用低频电针治疗;观察组在对照组的治疗基础上内服知柏地黄汤治疗。组间对比治疗效果及相关指标。结果观察组治疗16周后,总有效率96.67%,显效率75.41%,均优于对照组(P<0.05);患者血清中雌二醇水平均上升,促黄体生成激素、促卵泡生成素水平均下降,Kpperman评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现不良反应,生活质量均得到改善。结论知柏地黄汤配合低频电针治疗,从不同的角度和层次缓解围绝经期综合征的临床症状,相互增强了滋补肾阴、镇静安神的作用,有效调补冲任,疗效显著。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Zhibai Dihuang decoction combined with low-frequency electroacupuncture(EA)on perimenopausal syndrome.Methods 120 cases of patients with perimenopausal syndrome were divided into control group and observation group.Control group was treated with low-frequency EA;treatment group was treated with Zhibai Dihuang decoction on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effects and related indicators were compared between groups.Results After 16 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 96.67%and the marked effective rate was 75.41%,which were better than those of control group(P<0.05).The serum estradiol level of observation group increased,the levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone decreased,and the improvement of reproductive hormone level was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).The Kupperman score was lower than that of control group(P<0.05);no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups,and the quality of life of both groups was improved.Conclusion Zhibai Dihuang decoction combined with low-frequency EA can release the clinical symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome from different angles and levels,strengthen the functions of nourishing kidney yin,calm and tranquilize the arxiety,and better regulate the effect of Chongren with remarkable effect.
