黄芪桂枝汤配合捏脊疗法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染临床观察

Clinical Observation on Huangqi Guizhi Decoction Combined with Chiropractic Therapy in Treatment of Children with Repeated Respiratory Infection

目的观察黄芪桂枝汤配合捏脊疗法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选取我院76例小儿反复呼吸道感染患儿,将患儿随机分成两组,每组38例。对照组采用常规对症治疗,观察组采用黄芪桂枝汤配合捏脊疗法治疗。观察两组患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组患儿的治疗有效率显著高于对照组治疗有效率(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后呼吸道感染次数明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后的症状持续时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪桂枝汤配合捏脊疗法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效确切,能够有效减少患儿感染次数和症状持续时间,促进患儿的康复。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huangqi Guizhi decoction combined with chiropractic therapy on children with repeated respiratory infections.Methods 76 cases of children with repeated respiratory infections were randomly divided into control group and observation group,38 cases in each group.Control group received conventional symptomatic treatment;observation group was treated with Huangqi Guizhi decoction combined with chiropractic therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of respiratory infections in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The duration of symptoms in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Guizhi decoction combined with chiropractic therapy is effective in treatment of children with repeated respiratory infections.It can effectively reduce the number of infections and the duration of symptoms,and promote the rehabilitation of children.
