摘要
黄芪甲苷是传统中药黄芪的主要有效成分之一,对其活性的研究开展较早,随着现代科学技术的不断进步,已经可以根据行为学、细胞、基因等指标来体现黄芪甲苷对脑部疾病的治疗效果,其中研究较多的当属黄芪甲苷对于脑缺血再灌注损伤的治疗。本文以脑部疾病模型分类,对近年来黄芪甲苷对脑缺血、阿尔茨海默氏病和帕金森病的治疗机制的研究进展进行归纳总结。
Astragaloside A is one of the main active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine Astragalus membranaceus.People began to study the activity of astragaloside A long ago.With the continuous progress of modern science and technology,it can reflect the therapeutic effect of astragaloside A on brain diseases according to different indicators,such as behavior,cell,and gene,ect.One of the most studied is the treatment of astragaloside for cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.In this paper,we classified the brain disease models and summarized the progress of astragaloside in the treatment of cerebral ischemia,Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease in recent years.
