电针关元穴对低顺应性神经源膀胱大鼠逼尿肌顺应性的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Electro-acupuncture on Guanyuan Acupoint on Compliance of Detrusor Muscle in Rats with Low Compliance Neurogenic Bladder

摘要 目的观察电针关元穴对脊髓损伤后低顺应性神经源膀胱大鼠逼尿肌顺应性的影响。方法雌性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、电针关元穴组和电针非关元穴组,采用重物坠落法建立脊髓损伤后低顺应性膀胱大鼠模型,两电针组给予电针处理,持续14d。采用尿动力学检测膀胱顺应性,肌条实验检测大鼠离体逼尿肌最小收缩力及收缩频率以检测其顺应性。结果模型组膀胱顺应性及逼尿肌顺应性均明显低于正常组和假手术组(<0.05);关元穴组膀胱顺应性及逼尿肌顺应性明显高于模型组和非关元穴位组(<0.05)。结论电针关元穴可提高脊髓损伤后低顺应性膀胱大鼠膀胱逼尿肌顺应性,穴位具有特异性。 Objective To observe the effect of electro-acupuncturing(EA)at Guanyuan acupoint on detrusor compliance in rats with low compliance neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury.Methods Healthy adult female SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,sham-operated group,model group,Guanyuan EA group and non-Guanyuan EA group to establish a bladder model with low compliance after spinal cord injury.EA group was treated with EA every day for 14 d.Urodynamics was used to measure bladder compliance.Minimum contractile force and frequency of detrusor muscle were measured by muscle strip test to detect bladder compliance.Results Bladder compliance and detrusor compliance in model group and non-Guanyuan EA group were significantly lower than those in normal group and sham operation group(<0.05),while those in Guanyuan EA group were significantly higher than those in model group and non-Guanyuan EA group(<0.05).Conclusion EA at Guanyuan acupoint can improve detrusor compliance and bladder compliance in rats with low compliance bladder after spinal cord injury,the acupoint is specific.
