口腔2号方联合口腔正畸法治疗成人牙周病疗效分析

Effect of Oral No.2 Prescription Combined with Orthodontics in Treatment of Adult Periodontal Disease

目的观察对成人牙周病患者实施中西医联合治疗的临床疗效。方法选取在本院口腔科进行相关治疗的成人牙周病患者88例,随机分为对照组与观察组各44例,对照组采取口腔正畸法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上口服口腔2号方协助治疗,30d后停服中药检测血清学指标和疼痛程度,半年后对两组患者的临床治疗效果和咀嚼效能进行比较分析。结果治疗后两组血清基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)、肿瘤坏死因子-(TNF-)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-1(IL-1)水平均显著降低,且观察组降低程度更明显(<0.05);两组患者的菌斑指数(PLI)、牙齿松动度(TM)、龈乳头出血指数(PBI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)、疼痛程度等指标均较治疗前明显降低、咀嚼效能得到有效改善(<0.05),且观察组降低程度及改善程度更显著(<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,总疗效得到提升。结论口腔2号方协助口腔正畸法治疗成人牙周病,在改善患者口腔健康状况方面有着良好的应用价值,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese-western therapy on adult periodontal disease.Methods 88 cases of adult patients with periodontal disease were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in each group.Control group received orthodontic treatment;observation group was treated with oral No.2 prescription on the basis of control group.Serological indices and degree of pain were measured after 30 d of discontinuation of traditional Chinese medicine and the clinical effects and masticatory efficacies were compared and analyzed after half a year.Results After treatment,the levels of serum MMP-3,TNF-a,IL-6 and IL-I in both groups were significantly lower than those in control group(<0.05).PLI,TM,PBI,GI,PD,pain and other indicators of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,chewing efficiency was effectively improved(<0.05).Moreover,the degree of reduction and improvement were more significant in observation group(<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group.The total curative effect was improved(<0.05).Conclusion Oral No.2 prescription combined with orthodontics is effective in treatment of adult periodontal disease,which has a good application value in improving oral health of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
