中西医结合治疗老年功能性消化不良临床观察

Clinical Observation on Integrated Chinese-Western Therapy in Treatment of Senile Functional Dyspepsia

目的观察中西医结合治疗老年功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法随机选取我院老年功能性消化不良患者60例,分为多潘立酮片治疗组(西医组)和多潘立酮片治疗结合胃肠安丸治疗组(中西结合组),统计分析两组患者的中医症候积分、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及复发情况。结果中西结合组患者的口苦口干、胃脘烧灼、胃脘饱胀、便秘积分均显著低于西医组(<0.05),治疗的总有效率显著高于西医组(<0.05),复发率显著低于西医组(<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗老年功能性消化不良的临床效果较单独西医治疗好,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese-western therapy in treatment of senile functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with FD were randomly divided into two groups.Western medicine group was treated with domperidone tablets,integrated Chinese-western therapy group was treated with domperidone tablets combined with Weichang’an pills,30 cases in each group.The TCM symptoms score,clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The dry mouth,burning stomach,fullness of stomach and constipation scores of integrated Chinese-western therapy group was significantly lower(<0.05).The total treatment effective rate was significantly higher than western medicine group(<0.05),and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than western medicine group(<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of integrated Chinese-western therapy is better than western medicine alone in treatment of senile FD,it is worthy of promotion and application in the clinical.
