骶管阻滞加阿是穴封闭治疗腰腿痛的临床探讨

Effect of Caudal Block Combined with Ashi Acupoint Blocking Therapy in the Treatment of Lumbocrural Pain

目的探讨骶管阻滞加阿是穴封闭治疗腰腿痛的临床效果。方法整群选取2010年9月—2014年9月该院收治的腰腿疼患者126例随机分为两组,实验组63例,采用骶管阻滞加阿是穴封闭治疗的方法,对照组63例采用西医治疗方法,比较两组的治疗效果。结果实验组采用骶管阻滞加阿是穴封闭治疗腰腿疼的总有效率为98.4%,对照组采用西医治疗腰腿疼的总有效率为88.8%,实验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗腰腿疼的临床过程中,骶管阻滞加阿是穴封闭疗法在临床上具有良好的效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of caudal block combined with ashi acupoint blocking therapy in the treatment of lumbocrural pain. Methods 126 patients with lumbocrural pain admitted in our hospital during September 2010 and September2014 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=63) and control group(n=63). The effect of caudal block combined with ashi acupoint blocking therapy used in the experimental group and that of western medicine therapy performed in the control group were compared. Results The total effective rate was higher in the experimental group than in the control group, 98.4% vs 88.8%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Caudal block combined with ashi acupoint blocking therapy is worthy of promotion in the treatment of lumbocrural pain due to its good effect.
