彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓的临床价值分析

Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of the Clinical Value of Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis

目的探讨针对下肢深静脉血栓患者,观察选择彩色多普勒超声完成诊断后获得的临床效果。方法随机选取该院2013年2月—2015年2月下肢深静脉血栓患者70例,将其设为观察组;同期选择下肢无病变患者70例,将其设为对照组;针对观察组与对照组患者,临床全部选择彩色多普勒超声诊断的方法进行检查,对比在临床相关指标方面表现出的差异。结果两组患者分别完成彩色多普勒超声检查后,于对照组患者的静脉腔内部,表现出快速流动光点的现象,观察组患者表现出静脉管径扩张的现象。观察组CFV为(12.57±1.33)mm,对照组为(8.97±1.63)mm;观察组MGV为(4.30±0.37)mm,对照组MGV为(3.53±1.43)mm。在CFV内径值以及MGV内径值等方面,观察组明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。在CFV以及SFV的CDFI值等方面,观察组少于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论针对下肢深静脉患者,临床选择彩色多普勒超声诊断的方法,临床表现出显著的诊断价值,为患者的临床治疗提供准确的参考依据,最终显著提高下肢深静脉血栓患者的临床价值。

Objective To study the patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, observe the choice of color doppler ultrasound to complete after the diagnosis of clinical effect. Methods to choose our hospital Jan 2013-Jan 2015, 70 patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, it set as observation group; At the same time choose 70 cases of patients with lesions of lower limb, it is set to the control group; In view of the observation group and control group patients, clinical all choose color doppler ultrasonic diagnosis method for inspection, contrast in clinically relevant indicators show the difference. Results Two groups of patients, respectively, after completion of color doppler ultrasound in the control group in patients with venous cavity inside, show the rapid flow of the phenomenon of light spot, observation group of patients showed venous diameter expansion phenomenon. Observation group CFV(12.57±1.33) mm, the control group(8.97±1.63) mm; Observation group MGV is(4.30±0.37) mm, control group MGV is(3.53±1.43) mm. In such aspects as CFV diameter value and MGV diameter, observation group is significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). In such aspects as CFV as well as the value of a CDFI SFV, observation group is less than the control group patients(P<0.05). Conclusion For the method of clinical showed significant diagnostic value, to provide the accurate reference for clinical treatment of patients, ultimately improve the clinical value of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis patients.
