摘要
目的分析胱抑素c、同型半胱氨酸在心力衰竭中的表达及意义。方法随机选取2013年6月—2014年12月在该院就诊不同程度心力衰竭患者110例为观察组,另选110例健康人为对照组,记录两组实验者体内的胱抑素C、同型半胱氨酸的表达并统计分析。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者胱抑素c、同型半胱氨酸在体内表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胱抑素C与同型半胱氨酸在体内的表达与心力衰竭的严重程度呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.56;P=0.012<0.05)。结论心衰患者体内胱抑素C与同型半胱氨酸表达明显增高,并且与心力衰竭的严重程度呈正相关,推测胱抑素C与同型半胱氨酸可以作为评定心力衰竭严重程度的参考指标。
Objective To analyze the expression of cystatin-c and homocysteine in heart failure and its significance. Methods 110 patients with varying degrees of heart failure admitted to our hospital between June 2013 and December 2014 and other 110 healthy people were assigned to observation group and control group to record and analyze the expression of cystatin-c and homocysteine. Results There were statistically significant differences in level of cystatin-c and homocysteine between the two groups,P<0.05; the expression of cystatin-c and homocysteine was positively correlated with degrees of heart failure(r=0.56; P=0.012<0.05)with statistical significance. Conclusion The levels of cystatin-c and homocysteine are higher in patients with heart failure and are positively correlated with its degree, therefore they may be used as indicators in evaluating the degree of heart failure.
