耳内镜鼓膜置换术治疗中耳炎的效果研究

Effect of Tympanic Membrane Replacement Under Otic Endoscope in Treating Otitis Media

目的探究中耳炎患者采用耳内镜鼓膜置换术治疗的方法和效果。方法整群选取2013年10月—2015年2月收治的76例中耳炎患者进行治疗,随机分组,实验组44例患者采用耳内镜鼓膜置换术的治疗,对照组32例患者给予药物的综合治疗,对患者的治疗效果以及身体症状的改善进行观察和对比。结果实验组患者治疗有效率为93.18%,对照组患者治疗有效率为78.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中耳炎患者采用耳内镜鼓膜置换术治疗,可使症状得到明显改善,提高治疗效果,安全性高,不良反应少,可在临床中广泛应用。

Objective To explore the effect of tympanic membrane replacement under otic endoscope in treating otitis media.Methods 76 patients with otitis media admitted during October 2013 and February 2015 were randomized into experimental group in which the 44 patients underwent tympanic membrane replacement under otic endoscope, and control group in which the 32 were given drug therapy. The therapeutic effects and symptom improvements were compared between the two groups. Results The overall effective rate was 93.18% in the experimental group and 78.13% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion Tympanic membrane replacement under otic endoscope is worthy of clinical promotion in treating otitis media because it can improve the symptom and therapeutic effects with high safety and less adverse reaction.
