急性应激对大鼠胸腺指数和血清CORT、胸腺肽浓度的影响

摘要 目的研究急性应激对大鼠胸腺指数和血清糖皮质激素(CORT)和胸腺肽浓度的影响。方法大鼠随机分为对照组和应激组。应激组大鼠给予急性束缚应激6 h。应激结束后取材,计算胸腺指数,酶联免疫吸附测定法检测血清CORT和胸腺肽的含量。结果应激组大鼠胸腺指数为(1.99±0.15)mg/g,与对照组(2.06±0.24)mg/g比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);应激组大鼠血清CORT浓度为(89.05±4.30)pg/m L,与对照组(67.82±4.76)pg/m L比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);应激组大鼠血清胸腺肽的含量为(0.66±0.06)×103pg/m L,与对照组(1.46±0.08)×103pg/m L比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性应激会降低大鼠胸腺指数,抑制胸腺肽的分泌功能。 Objective To study the influence of acute stress on thymus index and concentration of serum CORT and thymopeptide in rats Methods Rats were randomly divided into control group and stress group. Acute restraint stress was imposed 6h in the stress group, and then the rats were killed and serum extracted for CORT and thymosin. We calculated the thymus index and determined the concentration of serum CORT and thymopeptide using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The thymus index was(1.99±0.15)mg/g in the stress group and(2.06±0.24)mg/g in the control group, between which a statistically significant difference can be found, P﹤0.05; the CORT levels of stress group was(89.05±4.30)pg/ml in the stress group and(67.82±4.76)pg/ml in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P﹤ 0.05; the thymosin levels of serum was(0.66±0.06)×103pg/ml in the stress group and(1.46±0.08)×103pg/ml in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P ﹤0.05. Conclusion Acute stress can affect the thymus index and inhibit the secretion of the thymosinin in rats.
