冠心舒通胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效

Guanxin Shutong Capsules on the Curative Effect of Unstable Angina Pec-toris

目的探讨冠心舒通胶囊应用于不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床治疗效果。方法整群选择该院2013年3月—2015年2月间收治的患有不稳定型心绞痛患者共80例,按照患者的临床治疗效果不同分为观察组及对照组,每组40例患者。对照组患者均应用临床常规西医治疗方法进行临床治疗,观察组患者在对照组临床治疗基础上应用冠心舒通胶囊进行临床治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组临床治疗有效率高达82.5%;而对照组临床治疗有效率仅为62.5%,得到组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心舒通胶囊联合西医药物应用于不稳定型心绞痛的临床治疗效果显著,具有临床进一步研究与应用的价值。

Objective To investigate Guanxin Shutong capsules is applied in the clinical treatment effect of patients with unstable angina. Methods Select admitted and treated in our hospital from 2013 March to 2015 February, with a total of 80 patients with unstable angina, according to the clinical treatment effect of patients with different divided into observation group and control group, 40 patients in each group. Control group patients were clinical routine western medicine treatment method for clinical treatment, the observation group of patients in the control group based on clinical application of Guanxin Shutong capsules for clinical treatment, compared two groups of patients with the clinical therapeutic effect. Results The observation group clinical treatment efficiency is as high as 82.5%;And control group in clinical treatment efficiency is only 62.5%, get data statistically significant differences between groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Guanxin Shutong capsules combined western medicine drugs used in the clinical treatment effect of unstable angina was, with the value of further research and clinical application.
