缩宫素在黏膜下子宫肌瘤切术中应用的效果评价

目的探讨缩宫素预处理对宫腔镜电切黏膜下子宫肌瘤临床效果的作用。方法随机选取该院于2012年2月—2014年2月期间收治的100例黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者随机分为研究组(52例)和对照组(48例),研究组术前3 d连续肌注缩宫素后行宫腔镜电切,对照组直接行宫腔镜电切,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、液体吸收量等,并随访研究患者治疗疗效及妊娠情况。结果研究组患者手术时间短于对照组、术中出血量及液体吸收量少于对照组的,术后肛门排气时间(9.0±3.4)h短于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后随访6个月,两组患者月经量改变及不规则阴道流血无明显改善(P>0.05),研究组患者残留肌瘤复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论缩宫素预处理后行宫腔镜电切处理黏膜下子宫肌瘤,减少手术时间,减少术中出血量及液体吸收量,降低残留肌瘤复发率,值得临床进一步研究推广。

Objective To study the oxytocin pretreatment of hysteroscopic submucosal uterine fibroids clinical effect. Methods 100 patients with submucosal uterine fibroids from 2012 Februay to 2014 February were randomly divided into research group(52 cases) and control group(48 cases),two groups at random number should be much fewer, the team before 3 days consecutive intramuscular injection of oxytocin after hysteroscopic, control line of hysteroscopic directly, compare two groups of patients with operation time, intraoperative blood loss, such as liquid absorption, and follow-up study the curative effect and patients with pregnancy. Results The patients with team operation time is shorter than the control group, intraoperative blood loss and liquid absorption is less than the control group, postoperative anal exhaust time(9.0±3.4),unit of measurement data is shorter than the control group, hospital was shorter than the control group, the difference had statistical significance(P< 0.05). Postoperative follow-up of 6 months,two groups of patients with no obvious improve menstrual quantity change and irregular vaginal bleeding(P > 0.05), the team residual myoma recurrence in patients with significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Oxytocin pretreatment by hysteroscopic treatment of the submucous uterine fibroids, reduce the operation time, less intraoperative blood loss, and liquid absorption, reduce the residual myoma recurrence rate, worthy of further clinical research.
