摘要
目的探讨和研究64排螺旋CT血管造影用于颅内动脉瘤患者检查的临床应用价值。方法对168例脑动脉瘤患者的64排螺旋CT血管造影结果进行总结分析,并与DSA结果进行对照。结果与DSA结果对比,CTA的总体准确率98.4%,CTA与DSA分项检测对比结果经验和检验符合正态分布,对比差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.309,P>0.05)。结论在对脑动脉瘤患者的筛查和诊断上64排螺旋CT血管造影是一种准确、有效的检查方式,值得在临床上加以推广和应用。
Objective To explore and study the clinical application value of 64 slice spiral CT angiography in intracranial aneurysm patients. Methods Summarize and analyze the results of 64 slice spiral CT angiography of 168 patients with intracranial aneurysm, and compared with the results of DSA. Results Compared with DSA, the overall accuracy rate of CTA was 98.4%, the CTA and DSA sub methods were compared by rank sum test and accord with normal distribution. There was no significant difference between them(χ2=0.309, P > 0.05). Conclusion In the screening and diagnosis of patients with cerebral aneurysms, 64 slice spiral CT angiography is an accurate, effective inspection method, so it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
