摘要
目的对比分析新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患者和正常儿颅脑CT结果。方法整群选取2014年1月—2015年1月期间所收治的44例新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患者作为A组,同时选取44例正常新生儿作为B组,分别对两组新生儿进行颅脑CT影像学检查,对比分析两组颅脑CT结果。结果新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患儿的基底节平均密度值(18.54±3.12)HU、脑白质平均密度值(15.71±2.11)HU、脑灰质平均密度值(22.47±2.74)HU和正常儿颅脑CT结果差异有统计学意义。结论新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患者和正常儿颅脑CT结果差异有统计学意义,通过比较CT结果,能够为早期诊断及临床治疗提供依据。
Objective To compare and analysis the results of brain CT in neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and normal children. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015, 44 cases of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were selected as A group, and 44 normal newborns were selected as B group, and two groups of neonates were treated with brain CT imaging examination, and the results were compared and analyzed in the two groups. Results The average density of the basal ganglia of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, the mean density of white matter(15.71 ±2.11) HU, the mean density of gray matter(22.47 ±2.74) HU and normal children cranial brain CT results were significantly different. Conclusion There was significant difference of the CT results between the patients with neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and the normal brain, and it can provide the basis for early diagnosis and clinical treatment by comparing the results of CT.
