摘要
目的探讨分析缺血性脑血管病同颈动脉粥样硬化之间的关系。方法整群选取该院2014年3月—2015年3月收治的84例缺血性脑血管病患者为观察组,再选取同期的84名健康体检人员为对照组,全部人员都实施颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查,并对其发生动脉粥样硬化的具体情况进行分析。结果对照组中有28名人员发生颈动脉粥样硬化病变,其发生率为33.3%;而观察组中,有60例患者发生颈动脉粥样硬化病变,其发生率为71.4%,其中观察组发生颈动脉粥样硬化病变的概率明显的比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑血管病同颈动脉粥样硬化之间存在着非常密切的联系,其颈动脉粥样硬化可以当做评价和预测缺血性脑血管病的关键指标,在临床中值得广泛的推广应用。
Objective To investigate the connection between ICVD and carotid atherosclerosis. Methods 84 cases with ICVD in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as observation group. 84 healthy people examined synchronously were chosen as control group. Carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound examination was given to all staff and the situation of atherosclerosis was analyzed. Results 28 cases of control group occurred carotid atherosclerosis and the incident rate was 33.3%. 60 cases in observation group occurred carotid atherosclerosis and the incident rate was 71.4%. The incident rate of observation group was obviously higher than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The connection between ICVD and carotid atherosclerosis are close, and carotid atherosclerosis can be used as key index to evaluate and predict ICVD. It is worthy of wide application in clinic.
