儿童恒牙外伤的预防及临床治疗

Prevention and Treatment of Traumatic Injury of Permanent Teeth in Children

目的探讨儿童恒牙外伤的预防及临床治疗措施。方法该研究的研究对象为该院2014年2月—2015年2月医治的恒牙外伤患者80例,观察治疗结果并提出有效的预防措施。结果治疗后总有效率是97.5%。半年随访,2例患者出现牙齿松动,1例患者出现牙髓炎,其他患者皆恢复良好。结论根据恒牙外伤类型选择合适的治疗方法有利于提高患者的治疗效果,而重视恒牙外伤的预防,可降低发生率。

Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of traumatic injury of permanent teeth in children. Methods 80 patients with traumatic injury of permanent teeth treated in our hospital between February 2014 and February 2015 were selected as the research object to observe the outcomes and develop effective prevention strategies. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 97.5%. Half year follow-up showed that most of patients obtained good recovery except 2 cases of odontoseisis and 1case of pulpitis. Conclusion Regimens based on classification of traumatic injury can improve the outcome of treatment for patients with permanent teeth, while prevention can reduce its can reduce the incidence.
