肱尺关节分离技术对上肢骨折后肘关节功能障碍的疗效

Efficacy of Humeroulnar Distraction Technique for Elbow Stiffness After Upper Limb Fracture

目的探讨肱尺关节分离技术用于治疗上肢骨折后肘关节功能障碍的临床疗效。方法整群收集2013年1月—2015年1月该院收治的上肢骨折后肘关节功能障碍患者88例,随机分为观察组与对照组,44例每组。对照组应用传统关节松动术联合被动牵伸技术治疗,观察组实施肱尺关节分离技术及主动功能锻炼治疗,对比两组的疗效。结果治疗后两组的关节活动度(ROM)及关节功能评分(HSS)均显著提高,观察组分别为(112.05±19.64)°、(81.71±6.55)分,显著高于对照组的(80.34±21.94)°、(66.12±5.84)分(P<0.05)。结论对上肢骨折后肘关节功能障碍患者应用肱尺关节分离技术治疗能够更好地改善患者的关节活动度及关节功能,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of humeroulnar distraction technique in treating elbow stiffness after upper limb fracture. Methods 88 patients with elbow stiffness due to upper limb fracture admitted to our hospital between January 2013 and January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 44 in each one. The control group adopted the combined traditional joint mobilizations and passive stretching, while the observation group used humeroulnar distraction technique assisted with active functional exercise. The efficacies were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, range of motion(ROM) and joint function score(HSS) were significantly improved in both the two groups, and those in the observation group were(112.05 ± 19.64) ° and(81.71 ± 6.55) points, significantly higher than those in the control group(80.34±21.94) °,(66.12 ± 5.84) points(P<0.05).Conclusion Humeroulnar distraction technique is worthy of promotion in treating elbow stiffness after upper limb fracture because it can improve their ROM and HSS.
