脑卒中细胞治疗中诱导多功能干细胞的应用潜力

摘要 目的诱导多功能干细胞(induced pluripotent stem cells,IPSCs),方法主要是借助于诱导已分化的一种成熟体细胞异位,对某一个或者某一些基因进行表达,进而重新整编得到的一种多功能干细胞。结果诱导多功能干细胞和胚胎干细胞(embryonic stem cells,ESCs)有着一定的相似度,不仅仅存在高度增值性,同时也存在多向分化潜能,可以分化成为神经元。结论 IPSCs具有无道德伦理障碍,无免疫排斥,取材方式简单、无创等优点,为脑卒中的细胞治疗提供了新的希望。现就近年来与i PSCs治疗脑卒中相关的研究作一综述。 Objective To discuss the application potential of induced pluripotent stem cells(i PSCs) in cell therapy for stroke.Methods Under induction and reprogramming, differentiated adult cells can express one or some specific gene, thus changes into a kind of pluripotent stem cells, namely i PSCs. Results A certain degree of similarity can be found between i PSCs and embryonic stem cells stem(ESCs), both of which have highly proliferative ability and multi-directional differentiation potential, for example,differentiation into neurons. Conclusion Without ethical problem and risk of immune rejection, i PSCs was simple to use and noninvasive, therefore it can offer hope for patients with stroke. This paper reviews the related research in recent years.
