米诺环素对急性智齿冠周炎治疗效果的探讨

Minocycline for Acute Wisdom Tooth Pericoronitis Treatment Effect Observation

目的探讨米诺环素治疗急性智齿冠周炎的疗效。方法随机抽取2011年2月—2014年10月新疆维吾尔自治区维吾尔医医院口腔科治疗的80例急性智齿冠周炎患者的资料作为分析材料,分为实验组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规冲洗,使用碘甘油进行治疗,实验组采用常规盲袋冲洗后使用米诺环素置入盲袋,观察两组用药后的疗效。结果实验组采用米诺环素治疗后的总有效率为(97.5%),对照组的总有效率为(70.3%)。实验组的效果明显高于对照组,两组患者均无不良反应,两组疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗急性智齿冠周炎中采用米诺环素进行治疗具有显著的疗效,同时具有安全、可靠、高效以及操作方便的特征,值得广泛使用。

Objective To observe the minocycline treatment of acute wisdom tooth pericoronitis. Results The experimental group using minocycline after treatment the total effective rate was(97.5%), control group total effective rate was(70.3%). Effect of experimental group was obviously higher than that of control group, two groups of patients had no adverse reaction, two groups of curative effect of comparative differences statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In treatment of acute wisdom tooth pericoronitis minocycline treatment has obvious curative effect, at the same time with a safe, reliable, efficient and convenient operation features, is widely used.
