CT诊断急性胰腺炎的临床价值研究

Clinical Value of CT in Diagnosis of Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨CT在急性胰腺炎临床诊断中的应用价值。方法随机选取2009年12月—2014年12月间该院收治的临床高度怀疑的急性胰腺炎患者80例作为临床研究对象,使用随机数字列表将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采用MRI检查进行诊断,研究组患者采用CT检查技术进行诊断。观察和比较两组患者的检查结果。结果 CT检查技术的诊断准确率、灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值等指标均明显高于MRI检查,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CT检查技术在急性胰腺炎患者的临床诊断中具有良好的应用价值,值得在临床上进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the value of CT in the clinical diagnosis of acute pancreatitis. Methods 80 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital from December 2009 to December 2010 treated clinical suspicion as a clinical study using random number list were randomly divided into study group and control group, each group 40 cases. The control group was diagnosed by MRI, and the study group was diagnosed by CT. The results of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of CT examination were significantly higher than those of MRI examination, and the differences were statistically significant between P and 0.05. Conclusion CT has good application value in clinical diagnosis of acute pancreatitis, and it is worth to be further popularized in clinic.
